I purchased this in past few weeks along with a SAD light for home and work as part of my strategy to cope with SAD and depression in the winter months.This product is helping me ease myself into the day and waking up to a mini sunrise at 530am each day is much better than rising in the dark to stumble about looking for an alarm clock. For that you get a stylish, adjustable lamp that will turn on at a particular time and gradually dim at the press of a few buttons.
