    Sloooooooow, not for external SSD’s etc. I purchased this to charge my Nexus 5X phone on-the-go with a USB-C power bank. The length of the cable is ideal because it means I can charge the phone in my pocket with minimal fuss. The braided nylon construction and durable connectors reflect Belkin’s reputation for making quality products. I can also confirm that it charges my phone at the same speed as the original charging cable. I haven’t used it to transfer data so I can’t comment on its data transfer speed.
